Job Objective: The Nurse Practitioner performs direct psychiatric care in the medical office setting under the supervision of a licensed psychiatrist. The Nurse Practitioner obtains medical histories, performs medical evaluations on clinic patients, treats psychiatric problems, maintains records, and provides health education.
