Amazing Health LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Saint Paul, MN. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments for new and existing patients
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans including psychopharmacology management
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications while monitoring for efficacy and side effects
• Provide psychotherapy and supportive counseling as appropriate
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, therapists, and primary care providers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Minnesota (APRN)
• Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a psychiatric specialization
• Active DEA license and prescriptive authority in Minnesota
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or community mental health settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and evidence-based psychiatric treatment
• Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-centered care skills
