What Youll Do
Provide compassionate psychiatric care to adult and senior patients in a behavioral health setting
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
Monitor patient conditions and document progress accurately
Administer medication and interventions following facility protocols
Ensure safety and well-being of patients during night shifts
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
What You Need
Valid RN license in the state of Missouri or appropriate state licensing
Minimum of 5 years RN experience, preferably in behavioral health or related field
BLS certification required
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work overnight and adapt to a fast-paced environment
