Position Number Position Title Psychology Adjunct Instructor Pool Job Description Summary

TThe College of Science, Technology, Mathematics and Health Sciences at Eastern Oregon University is recruiting for an online adjunct instructor pool to teach courses inthe area of clinical psychology. We are specifically looking for instructors qualified to teach undergraduate courses in Psychopathology, Clinical Interventions, and other clinical areas

Responsibilities

he position requires a Ph.D in the area of clinical psychology and previous online teaching experience.

The position ensures that every student is a full member of the EOU community and that all community members recognize, promote and take advantage of the educational and cultural value of diversity.

Required Qualifications

  • A Doctorate Degree in clinical psychology from an accredited institution at the time the appointment begins. Candidates nearing completion of their doctorate (ABD) will be considered.
  • Commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level.
  • Documented evidence of online teaching experience in higher education
  • Valid work authorization documents are required.
  • Must satisfactorily complete EOU criminal and credential background check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Online teaching experience in Canvas
  • Online teaching certification
