This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview
- Part-time (3 days per week) within Monday - Friday
- Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- No nights or weekends
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Chipley, Marianna, DeFuniak Springs, Blountstown, Graceville, and Ponce De Leon, Florida
Compensation and Benefits
- Eligible for 401k

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted FL state license as an LPC or LMHC
- LCSW not considered at this time
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- Insert amount of experience needed as a psychotherapist
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
