PT (Physical Therapist)

Unit Notes
- Hiring Process: Profile Review: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit manager at facility
- Radius:: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted
- Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote

Department: PT - SEH
# of patients treated per day around 8-12
General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS, CO PT license
Other Certs Required for all PT: PT liscense
Common diagnosis / Types of patients mostly ortho- post joints, pain, back , post falls, post neuro, some sports
Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Mostly outpatient ortho with some neuro, some inpatient acute. Have a warm water therapy pool
What areas are they required to cover? St Eliz hospital
Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties will train
PT Manager/Supervisor Angie Bowles, OTR-supervisor, Farhan Radhanpuri, Lead PT
Rehab Aides: PTA's 3 PTAs
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 4 10 hour days Mon-Thur 8 am - 6pm. 45 min OP sessions, with blocked time for IP evals and documentation
Weekend Requirements only very occ weekend on call
Holiday Requirements none
Scrub Color/Dress Code scrub or business casual
Department specific orientation first week
