- Hiring Process: Profile Review: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit manager at facility
- Radius:: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted
- Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote

- General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS
- Other Certs Required for all PT: "Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- Dry Needling Certification: ONLY REQUIRED If performing the Dry Needling function: Dry Needling Certification or
Education"
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients "Providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic
and other physically-related disorders requiring strengthening, modalities, manual therapy,neuromuscular re-education and training in activities in daily living under the supervision of a licensed
physical therapist. Participates in professional responsibilities, including documentation, program development, teaching, and enhancement of clinical skills" Duties: variety of therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, ADL retraining; patient education in home safety; adaptive equipment and compensation techniques; coordination, strengthening and therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy, therapeutic activities, aquatic therapy and neuromuscular re-education per patient needs
- Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties "Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit
preferred. Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred"
- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) "This position also may require you to work standard hours/shifts, as well as flexible hours before and after standard hours/shifts, and overtime or in excess of 40 hours in a work week. Demonstrates flexibility as evidenced by floating to other areas, sites and is available to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and after hours"
