    First impressions set the tone for a guest’s entire experience—and that’s where you come in. As a Public Area Attendant, you'll help ensure our resort always looks its best by keeping public spaces in pristine condition. Whether vacuuming lobbies, spot-cleaning windows, tidying restrooms, or handling deep cleans, your attention to detail makes a lasting impact.

     

    You’ll work across a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces and often operate independently, making a strong work ethic and self-motivation essential. This is a physically active role that requires adaptability, quick thinking, and a high standard of guest service.     Responsibilities:

    As a Public Area Attendant, you will:

    • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces throughout resort buildings
    • Perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, window cleaning, and trash removal
    • Ensure public restrooms are clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
    • Provide warm and helpful interactions when engaging with guests
    • Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, or missing items to your manager promptly
    • Assist with seasonal deep cleaning and special projects as assigned
    • Keep workspaces and cleaning equipment in good condition
    • Work both indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions
    Qualifications:
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
    • Friendly demeanor and clear communication skills when interacting with guests
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
    • Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance
    • Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 35 pounds
    • Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
    • Comfortable climbing stairs multiple times per shift
