Position Summary

We are looking for a Public Relations Assistant to support community outreach, public-facing communication, and promotional events. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable representing a company while building positive relationships with different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with public relations initiatives and community outreach activities
• Help prepare informational materials and promotional resources
• Communicate company, product, and service information accurately
• Support public-facing events and customer engagement activities
• Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. professionally at assigned activities
• Help coordinate outreach schedules and event preparations
• Respond to general questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Gather feedback from customers and community participants
• Share observations that may help strengthen public engagement
• Work with colleagues to maintain consistent and professional communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional, approachable, and confident demeanor

• Previous public relations, communications, event, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
