Position Summary

We are seeking an organized and personable Public Relations Associate to support public-facing initiatives, prepare communication materials, and assist with activities that promote a positive company image. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and collaborating with others to support outreach objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing approved informational and public relations materials.
• Support promotional events, presentations, and public engagement activities.
• Communicate company services and initiatives to customers and other audiences.
• Help maintain consistent messaging across customer-facing activities.
• Welcome attendees and respond to general questions during events.
• Coordinate with team members to organize outreach materials and schedules.
• Maintain records and resources related to public relations activities.
• Collect audience feedback and share observations with the appropriate team.
• Help prepare presentations and materials for meetings or promotional initiatives.
• Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. with professionalism and courtesy.
