Responsibilities
- Represent client brands during public-facing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Build positive relationships with customers and members of the public.
- Communicate brand information, products, and services clearly and professionally.
- Support brand awareness initiatives and in-person engagement activities.
- Help prepare promotional materials and coordinate campaign requirements.
- Listen to questions and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent brand presentation and achieve campaign goals.
