Position Summary

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Public Relations Associate to support outreach activities, assist with communication initiatives, and help maintain positive relationships with external audiences. This role is suited to someone who communicates effectively, enjoys interacting with people, and understands the importance of professionalism and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with public-facing outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
• Communicate company information and approved messaging to customers and other audiences.
• Support the preparation and organization of informational materials and public-facing resources.
• Help coordinate promotional appearances, community activities, and company events.
• Respond to general inquiries professionally and direct specialized questions to the appropriate team.
• Maintain organized records of outreach activities, contacts, and relevant feedback.
• Gather audience responses and share insights with colleagues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure communications remain accurate and consistent.
• Assist with coordinating schedules and materials for public engagement activities.
• Represent Harvest Advertising Inc. with courtesy and professionalism.
