    Job Description:

    Position: Public Relations Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist in planning, strategizing, and executing PR initiatives

    Develop PR materials (press releases, social media content, media kits, advanced presentations) using Microsoft Suite and Canva

    Compile performance reports and maintain PR databases and media lists

    Coordinate calendars, stakeholder communications, and meeting logistics (Outlook / Teams)

    Manage digital assets and ensure organized documentation (SharePoint / OneDrive)

    Draft communications, monitor project and event timelines, and support ad-hoc PR projects

    Support campaign planning and execution across digital channels (LinkedIn, email, paid media campaigns)

    Coordinate with design and content teams to develop marketing assets (social posts, carousels, landing pages, emailers)

    Requirements

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint), Looker, Canva, and AI tools is a must

    1.5 - 2 years of hands-on use of the above tools

    Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (social media, content marketing, campaign tracking)

    Basic understanding of branding, messaging, and audience targeting

    Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to multitask with attention to detail and work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

    Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
