- Approximately 4-5 nights a month of "back-up call from home, involving group's Advanced Practice Professionals, who are first call for all after-hours concerns.

- Daytime and Nighttime Calls managed by groups Advance Practice Professionals with MD on-call backup

- 24 hours presence of at least one group Allied Health Professional at most acute care institutions group practices

5. **Job Scope**

- Clinical mix of Critical Care, Inpatient Pulmonary Medicine, Outpatient Pulmonary, advanced procedures available in hospital (and Sleep Medicine if desired)

- Average working day: 9 hours long (~ 8 AM - 5 PM)

- Vast majority of inpatient encounters managed by Advance Practice Professionals collaboration with groups physician.

6. **Work Schedule**

- Anticipated initial schedule: Every other weekend off, consisting of four (4) days off

- Option to work exclusively at a single location if desired
