Operators control digesters, pulp washing and bleaching, chemical processes, material handling systems, and DCS controls.If you enjoy learning processes and solving problems, working with complex equipment, and taking ownership of safe and reliable operations, we want to hear from you. What You'll DoAs a Fibers Operating Technician, you will:

Monitor and operate a complex, bleached Fiberline from both the field and control roomAnalyze process data and respond to changing operating conditionsTroubleshoot equipment and process issuesWork closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teamsParticipate in emergency response activitiesContribute to a High-Performance Team culture built on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements

At least 18 years of ageEligible to work in the United StatesHigh school diploma or GED

Must be willing and able to:

Work rotating shift schedulesWork overtime, weekends, and holidays as neededWork in industrial environments that may include heat, dust, noise, chemicals, heavy equipment, and elevated work areasSuccessfully complete required drug screening programsBecome a member of the Mill Emergency Response Brigade

Preferred QualificationsExperience in one or more of the following areas:
