We have a 1st Shift(6am-2:30pm) M-F opportunity available for a hard-working and reliable individual to join our Production team as a Turret Press Setup Operator.
This role is responsible to set up and operate a turret punch press machine, utilizing the tooling library to maximize the production performance of the machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Setup, operate and maintain CNC Turret Press to produce parts using setup instructions, shop orders and prints
Download setup programs for punching metallic sheets
Modify as needed to optimize performance and part yield
. Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years related manufacturing education or work experience with set-up and operation of CNC turrets in a sheet metal fabrication environment
Blueprint reading, shop mathematics and ability to read a micrometer and caliper is required.
