Bridge Tower constructs and delivers 400-500 new homes a year Overview The Purchasing Agent supports the Construction Services (Purchasing, Estimating, Permitting), and Construction team by coordinating administrative processes, maintaining documentation, and assisting with vendor onboarding, permit preparation, and purchase order management. The Purchasing Agent works closely with Purchasing, Construction, Accounting, Development, and other internal teams to support the timely execution of purchasing and home start activities throughout the homebuilding process.
