We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Purchasing Agent to support procurement and supply chain operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. If you’re a skilled negotiator who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and keeping projects on track, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services to support daily operations.
• Negotiate competitive pricing, vendor agreements, and delivery schedules.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Track inventory, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve purchasing issues, including shortages, delays, and pricing discrepancies.
• Partner with internal teams to improve efficiency, control costs, and meet deadlines.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial services, or construction preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP or inventory systems.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused mindset.

Work Environment Primarily office-based with occasional visits to warehouse or manufacturing areas. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Occasional overtime may be required.
