Purchasing and Inventory Manager

gpac has partnered with an established manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Purchasing & Inventory Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate supplier pricing and terms, monitor vendor performance, and expedite critical materials.

• Improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and corrective actions.

• Reduce shortages, excess inventory, material costs, and production disruptions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.

• Strong understanding of raw materials and manufacturing processes; steel, fabrication, or machining experience preferred.

• Strong ERP/MRP skills

• Proven supplier negotiation and continuous improvement experience.

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
