Purchasing and Production Manager

In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with dining leaders, house parents, and school stakeholders to ensure students receive exceptional support through reliable procurement, innovative dining programs, and outstanding customer service.

About the job

In this role, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring food production operations run efficiently, cost-effectively, and with a focus on quality and consistency. You’ll play a hands-on role in managing procurement, standardizing culinary systems, mentoring staff, and contributing to client satisfaction through collaborative menu development and service excellence.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $56270 per year - $72820 per year

• Education Requirement: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 2 years
• Related Experience: 1 years
