Key Responsibilities

Purchasing Support

• Assist with day-to-day purchasing functions
• Help ensure materials are ordered and received on schedule

Vendor Communication

• Communicate with vendors regularly
• Compare pricing across vendors

Order Tracking

• Track orders through to delivery
• Follow up to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications

• Hardworking and detail-oriented
• Eager to learn and grow within the role
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams
• Organized, with strong follow-through on tasks
• No prior purchasing experience required; training provided
