Key Requirements:

Experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial services, construction, or a related industry preferred.
Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and supply chain management principles.
Experience negotiating pricing, delivery terms, and supplier agreements preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement,
Logistics, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with ERP, MRP, purchasing, or inventory management systems.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate pricing, freight, discounts, and procurement costs.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal departments.
Self-motivated, dependable, and professional, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrates integrity, sound decision-making, and a commitment to customer service.
