Purchasing Clerk / Buyer & Special Projects
Location: Mukilteo, WA Onsite
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Purchasing Clerk / Buyer & Special Projects:
- Create and manage purchase orders for materials, supplies, and services
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes to support purchasing decisions
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain vendor records and purchasing documentation
- Assist with inventory, procurement reporting, and cost analysis activities
- Participate in special projects and support process improvement initiatives
Qualifications for the Purchasing Clerk / Buyer & Special Projects:
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, buying, or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of purchase orders, vendor management, and sourcing processes
- Experience working with ERP or purchasing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business software applications
