PURCHASING CLERK

GENERAL FUNCTION:

Supports purchasing and materials staff through performance of general clerical duties. Maintains office files and records.

Supports onboarding of suppliers through the AVL process.

Maintains files and data base regarding records of suppliers and supplier capabilities.

Provides general office services as assigned.

DESIRED REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Working knowledge of office procedures and functions.

Working knowledge of computer applications.

Ability to operate common office equipment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:

High school diploma, GED and 2 years experience as a purchasing clerk.
