The Inventory Control & Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating purchase order creation, inventory tracking, open sales monitoring, and inventory-related accounts payable. This position ensures that inventory is ordered accurately, received properly, recorded correctly, and available to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.


The successful candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, monitor outstanding customer orders and vendor purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate communication between sales, purchasing, warehouse, vendors, and accounting.


This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced appliance retail and service environment.
