Job Description:
The PVI Audit team is a highly specialized group that plays a lead role in root cause analysis and end-to-end process improvements to mitigate risk related to Global Purchasing contracts. This role is responsible for proactively identifying supplier overpayment situations, collaborating with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to recover overpayments, and ensuring contracts reflect accurate pricing. Strong Excel skills are key to success, including hands-on experience with VLOOKUPs and working with reporting data.

• Conduct detailed contract analysis to analyze contract reports to identify contract errors, helping uncover discrepancies and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop clear, accurate outputs and provide high-quality deliverables to communicate the contract issues to GPSC, supporting informed decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and interface with buyers and other stakeholders to review audit results, ensuring findings are clearly understood and addressed.
• Assist with cost-recovery efforts and support GPSC negotiation with suppliers, providing analytical insight and audit findings as needed.
• Maintain accountability for timely resolution and drive closure of open audits and recovery of overpayments within stipulated time frame.
• Focus on measurable performance and meet or exceed all assigned KPIs and targets such as touch rate, case aging, and cost recoveries.
• Provide additional analytical support and perform special studies at GPSC or GBS leadership request.
• Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing by helping support new people training.
• Take initiative on broader team priorities and support and lead special project.
