Responsibilities:- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive pricing
- Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to meet operational demands
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply chains
- Track and reconcile deliveries, invoices, and purchase order discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs and manage lead times
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement in procurement processes
Requirements:- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management preferred
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in purchasing software, ERP systems, or Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in construction, building materials, or specialty products is a plus
