Purchasing Specialist | Phoenix, AZ | $23-$25/hr

We are a third-party recruiting firm partnering with a confidential client in Phoenix, AZ to hire a Purchasing Specialist. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with experience in purchasing, procurement, vendor coordination, purchase orders, or supply chain support.

Pay: $23-$25/hour

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and track purchase orders
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on delays
• Maintain accurate purchasing and vendor records
• Assist with resolving invoice, shipment, and purchase order discrepancies
• Coordinate purchasing needs with internal departments
• Support inventory and supply chain activities
• Maintain organized purchasing documentation

Qualifications

• Previous purchasing, procurement, buyer, or supply chain experience
• Experience working with purchase orders and vendors
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
• ERP or purchasing system experience is a plus

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
