EHC is partnering with a client in the south Houston, TX region to hire a results-driven PVF Receiving & Inbound Logistics Manager. You will steer the day-to-day receiving function, ensuring every shipment is verified, documented, and staged with precision—while keeping the workplace safe, organized, and productive.
A Day in the Life

- Guide the team through unloading, sorting, verification, and stocking—supporting hands-on when inbound traffic surges.
- Ensure material verification and documentation is flawless: visual inspection, check markings, capture heat numbers on vessel paperwork, and confirm the Vessel Advance is completed accurately.
- Lead production meeting input, surface departmental issues, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Train, coach, and develop a 7–10 person team; submit training records, run quarterly competency reviews, and pinpoint areas requiring more coaching.
- Keep aisles clear, lanes accurate, and racks/dock space organized to protect people, product, and throughput.
