Role: Python + Data Engineer
Location: New York, NY(Need Local Candidates)
Pay Rate: $80-$85 on W2
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Serverless initiatives and experience with AWS tools and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in various programming languages including Python
Previous Client Experience is required
Experience with API design and development
Strong knowledge of SQL and Spark
Experience with AWS Services and job orchestration (Step Functions/Airflow)
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with modern application architecture and design patterns
Experience with troubleshooting complex issues across distributed systems
Ability to teach others architecture and design patterns
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Implement software in unambiguous and uncomplicated domains
Develop features to enhance the overall user experience
Identify improvements and make enhancements to established deployment pipelines
Effectively combine standards and practices to implement more complex software
Communicate effectively and proactively with different stakeholders
