Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications and backend services
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and stakeholders
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems and applications
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical improvements
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Ensure application reliability, security, and performance
- Support deployment activities and resolve production issues
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Python programming
- Experience with enterprise-grade application development
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
- Knowledge of backend architecture and scalable systems
- Familiarity with databases and data management concepts
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with code reviews and software development best practices
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Understanding of agile development methodologies
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development tools is preferred
- Knowledge of deployment processes and performance optimization
