    Description

    Python Developer
    Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
    Duration: 06 Months
    Rate: DOE

    US Citizens and Green cards are Preferred. No 3rd party C2C

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop, test, and maintain Python applications and scripts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
    • Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
    • Implement and maintain PL/SQL procedures and functions.
    • Develop UNIX shell scripts to automate processes and tasks.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
    • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

    Required Skills:
    • Proficient in Python programming.
    • Strong experience with PL/SQL and relational databases.
    • Proficient in UNIX Shell Scripting.
    • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with version control systems like Git.
    • Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
