Project Overview
The Smart Integrations initiative is an AI-driven program within Fraud & Claims Management focused on intelligent workflow orchestration, application integration, and establishing a scalable foundation for Agentic AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Python-based services and integration components.
Develop AI-enabled workflows and intelligent orchestration capabilities.
Integrate LLM/GenAI components with enterprise applications through APIs.
Develop and support Agentic AI workflows, tool integrations, and service orchestration.
Build reusable Python APIs and backend services.
Integrate with Java microservices and other enterprise platforms.
Support POC maturation and validation within the enterprise environment.
Participate in end-to-end integration testing, troubleshooting, and stabilization.
Work with containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
Support production readiness, monitoring, and operationalization of AI-enabled services.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on Python development
REST API development and integration
Python backend frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask
