Job Title- Performance Test Engineer - QA Automation

Location - Tampa (FL), Atlanta (GA) and Dallas (TX) / Richardson, TX 75082

Job type - Contract Role

Rate Range -$50 to $55/hr.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer with QA Automation expertise and strong Telecom domain knowledge to validate the scalability, reliability, and performance of enterprise telecom applications and network platforms. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance testing strategies, developing automation frameworks, analyzing system bottlenecks, and ensuring Eligible to workimal application performance across OSS/BSS, service activation, provisioning, inventory, assurance, and network management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute Performance, Load, Stress, Endurance, and Scalability Testing for telecom applications.

Develop and maintain performance automation frameworks and test scripts.

Analyze application, database, API, and infrastructure performance metrics.

Identify bottlenecks and work with development teams to recommend performance improvements.

Automate test execution and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Validate performance of telecom OSS/BSS systems, APIs, middleware, and microservices.

Create workload models and simulate real-world telecom traffic scenarios.

Support capacity planning and production performance assessments.

Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries.

Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
