Your Mission

As a Software Engineer, you will participate in the design, development, and scaling of our core backend services. You will work on business-critical features that directly impact customer satisfaction, performance, and reliability.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software in production every week.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs
• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Improve application performance, security, and reliability
• Implement automated tests and CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to system monitoring

• Languages: Java, Kotlin, Python or Node.js
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Express, FastAPI
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch
• Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes

Profile

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
• Clean coding habits and attention to performance and security
• Autonomous, curious, and proactive mindset
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS environments
• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Exposure to security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, IAM)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
