We’re hiring a detail-driven QA/QC Field Manager to inspect fiber and utility construction projects across multiple states. This role requires frequent travel and independent field work to ensure installations meet plans, specifications, and safety standards.

What You’ll Do:
Inspect cable installation, routing, terminations, labeling, and grounding.
Verify work aligns with project plans and specifications.
Identify and document deficiencies with recommended solutions.
Perform material and installation checks.
Prepare clear inspection reports.
Work alongside field crews to maintain quality standards.
Travel required approximately 75% (typically 4 days per week, including out-of-state projects).
What You Bring:
Construction or fiber installation experience preferred.
