Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months

On-site (Springfield, IL) presence for 1st 2 days is required for onboarding purposes - Cost will be reimbursed by Divihn.

Job Description:

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester to support enterprise application testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, developing and executing test cases, validating system functionality, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across multiple projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with business and technical teams, and experience using Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements and collaborate with SMEs to understand application functionality.
Design, document, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases and test scenarios.
Execute functional, integration, and regression testing activities and validate test results.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
Utilize Azure DevOps for test planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
Support multiple concurrent projects and testing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Work closely with project teams to ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met.
Participate in test planning, status reporting, and quality assurance activities.

Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Manual Testing or Quality Assurance.
Experience creating and executing test cases based on business and technical requirements.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
Familiarity with SQL and data validation testing.
Experience supporting enterprise applications, data integration initiatives, or payment processing systems is a BIG PLUS
Strong defect tracking, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
