QAQC Manager

Immediate opening for a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Field Manager (QA/QC Manager). This individual will be responsible for managing continual process improvement, quality assurance, quality control, and safety tied to construction and personnel.  Potential applicants must have civil construction experience. The duties and responsibilities listed herein are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

Essential functions

• Preparation and completion of project construction quality review checklists and required documentation
• Submission of quality reporting to management
• Conducting audits of projects and quality standards
• Performing inspections on projects
• Providing training to crews on quality control subjects
• Working with district management to address and improve quality practices throughout the duration of the project
• Oversee the work of other members of the quality department
• Regular and predictable attendance
• The essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company designated office or field location
• Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable.
• Other duties as assigned
