Responsibilities:- Perform routine quality control testing and inspections on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Document and record test results accurately in lab logs and quality management systems
- Identify and report non-conforming materials or out-of-spec results to QC leadership
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Ensure lab operations comply with safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues
Requirements:- Education in Chemistry, Biology, or a related science field preferred
- Prior experience in a QC lab or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with lab testing equipment, calibration procedures, and GMP/GLP standards
- Proficient in data entry and documentation with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
