Identify nonconforming work, document deficiencies, and oversee corrective actions through verified resolution.
Monitor quality across structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialized healthcare building systems.
Support compliance with healthcare construction requirements, including infection prevention measures, life safety provisions, and work controls in occupied facilities when applicable.
Maintain accurate inspection reports, testing records, deficiency logs, and quality-related project documentation.
Support commissioning, punch list completion, closeout documentation, and owner turnover.
Promote a proactive quality culture through clear communication, field coaching, and continuous improvement.
