Job Title : UAT/QE Lead Location : Remote (Hybrid in Newark, NJ preferred) Experience : 12+ years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced UAT/QE Lead to drive end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality governance, and release readiness. The ideal candidate will have strong Commercial Real Estate domain knowledge, UAT coordination, and data testing expertise, with proven leadership skills and experience working across Business, Product, and Technology teams .
Key Responsibilities
Own UAT strategy, planning, execution, and readiness in collaboration with Business, Product, and Technology teams.
Translate business requirements into test scenarios and coordinate stakeholder walkthroughs, test execution, and defect triage.
Establish quality gates and provide independent Go/No-Go recommendations for releases.
Lead and mentor QA teams, manage resource planning, and drive continuous improvement using AI tools such as Claude.
Ensure end-to-end traceability, QA documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
Drive defect governance, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and improvements in release quality.

Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in QA, QE, software testing, or UAT leadership.
