    What You Will Do:

    • Lead data-validation and integrity checks across multiple programs and help ensure reporting is accurate, reliable, and complete.
    • Analyze program and performance data to identify trends, potential root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with Information Systems and data teams to strengthen data pipelines, reporting processes, and dashboard accuracy.
    • Collect and organize documentation for audits and accreditation reviews, including CARF, DPH, and MassHealth requirements.
    • Conduct file reviews and compliance audits with minimal supervision and communicate findings clearly to program partners.
    • Monitor corrective-action plans, track required documentation, and help ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
    • Run and review reports that track performance incentives associated with contracts, grants, and value-based arrangements.
    • Partner with program leadership to strengthen audit readiness, documentation standards, and ongoing compliance.
    • Co-lead quality-improvement initiatives by defining metrics, tracking outcomes, facilitating meetings, and managing project timelines.
    • Draft and revise standard operating procedures, workflows, and training materials in collaboration with program leadership.
    • Support cross-functional performance-improvement teams and coordinate program feedback, action items, and follow-through.
    • Design and analyze satisfaction surveys, equity assessments, and performance dashboards, and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
    • Contribute to strategic initiatives and organizational performance reviews while mentoring Quality Assistant I staff and supporting their onboarding and development.

    Who You Are:

    • High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
    • At least three years of customer-service experience and three years of experience in data management within healthcare or insurance.
    • Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Experience supporting healthcare audits, accreditation, compliance, quality improvement, or performance reporting strongly preferred.
    • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to validate data, recognize trends, maintain accuracy, and communicate findings.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and present information to program teams and leadership.
    • Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and refocus after interruptions.
    • Collaborative, dependable, and receptive to feedback, with the ability to learn new systems and apply new skills in a changing environment.
    • Ability to work on-site in Worcester and complete limited regional travel, including some travel within Central Massachusetts and occasional travel to Western Massachusetts; frequent travel is not required.
