Quality / Auditing Associate for Shoe Manufacturing

Are you an outgoing, detail-oriented professional with experience in quality or auditing? We're looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a team environment, can work independently, and is seeking a long-term career.

Pay: $18.00/hr

Plus Weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus

Increase: $19.00/hr upon hire-on

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Thursday

Job Duties

• Perform quality inspections and quality checks on products
• Audit production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Interact with team members and provide feedback on quality concerns
• Document findings and communicate issues as needed
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled facility
• Fast-paced production setting
• Small team atmosphere
• Can listen to music while you work
• Standing and working on your feet for the entire shift

Requirements

• Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, or process auditing required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with others and independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable with strong attendance and dependability
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Bilingual a plus (not required)
