Pro Resources is hiring an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with an established manufacturing company in Carmel, IN!
We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, improving quality processes, and working closely with leadership to maintain high standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily quality assurance operations and processes
Maintain quality standards and support ISO 9001 compliance and audits
Lead, coach, and develop quality team members
Investigate quality concerns and implement corrective actions
Prepare quality reports, analyze data, and communicate findings to leadership
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Previous quality assurance or quality management experience in manufacturing
Automotive industry experience preferred
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality audits preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting, and analytical skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Team-oriented approach with a focus on coaching and collaboration
