Quality Assurance Manager/Construction Inspector

Qualifications:
 

• At least 5 years of experience as a quality assurance manager (QAM) or construction inspector (inspector) on building projects
• Experience as a QAM or inspector on at least two projects involving significant renovations to an office building
• Experience as a QAM or inspector on at least two building renovation projects with construction values of at least $10 million .
• Strong project reporting skills and experience.

 
Candidates should provide information on at least 5 projects on which the candidate was a QAM or inspector, including type of building, scope of project, and dollar value.
 
Preference will be given be given to candidates with experience as a QAM or inspector on projects involving federal government owned and/or leased buildings and to candidates who live in or a commutable distance from the Burlington area.
