Quality Assurance Manager - Manufacturing - Danvers, MA

• Lead and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System and quality programs.
• Manage quality inspection teams, quality engineers, and document control activities.
• Maintain compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Review certifications, shipping documentation, inspection records, and quality documentation.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate support for customer and certification audits.
• Manage calibration programs for inspection and measurement equipment.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action initiatives.
• Monitor supplier quality and evaluate the performance of incoming materials.
• Analyze quality metrics and performance data and communicate findings to executive leadership.
• Partner with production, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.
• Establish and integrate quality benchmarks throughout manufacturing and production processes.
• Train and mentor employees on quality procedures, inspection techniques, and documentation requirements.
• Promote a strong, company-wide culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
• 5-8 years of quality management or manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with machining, metal manufacturing, or industrial production environments.
• Proven experience planning, conducting, and documenting internal and supplier audits.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Experience with ERP systems, quality tracking, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of calibration and maintenance programs for inspection equipment.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor quality and inspection personnel.
