Job Title: QA/QC Manager Position Summary The QA/QC Manager leads the Quality function at the Cambridgeport manufacturing plant, with full accountability for product quality across custom HVAC and Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH) units. This role oversees quality from incoming materials through Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and post-shipment performance. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Project Management, the QA/QC Manager ensures all products meet stringent mechanical, electrical, and acoustic standards—particularly those required by hyperscale data center customers. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring daily presence on the production floor, active participation in root cause investigations, ownership of FAT documentation, and continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.
