Position: Quality Analyst
Type:Contract
Compensation:$20–$50/hour
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Review work product against defined quality standards, rubrics, and guidelines.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps, and document them clearly.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders.
• Track quality metrics and surface recurring issues or trends.
• Help refine and improve quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar review-focused role.
• Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for errors others miss.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving standards in a fast-moving environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, focused workspace.

Preferred

• Familiarity with data annotation, content review, or evaluation workflows.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Background in a domain relevant to our work (e.g., technical, editorial, or analytical).
