This role verifies that what we make meets standards every time and keeps clear records that keep us audit-ready.Key responsibilities include inline quality checks, verifying cleaning and sanitization results, completing environmental swabbing, running physical tests on finished goods, pulling shelf-life samples, and maintaining accurate documentation. You'll also take on other assignments as needs shift across the day.Required qualifications/skills:- High School diploma or GED- Knowledge and understanding of quality compliance- QA/QC experience; at least 1 year in the field (food industry a plus)If you're ready to launch your career and grow your skills in a fast-moving food environment, apply today.A Shift in MotionYour day starts early-typically between 5:30 am and 6:00 pm, with some 4:00 am starts when supporting the Sanitation Team. You'll move with the production pace, staying alert to details and coordinating closely with teammates as product runs change. Expect a mix of time on the floor and time completing records, with frequent check-ins that help you learn from experienced leads.
