Quality Assurance Technician
Quality Assurance Technician opportunity in Warren, OH. Were looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional who enjoys auditing, document control, and helping improve quality systems in a manufacturing environment.

Monday to Friday
7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay
$18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute internal audits across departments to ensure processes and procedures are followed and kept up to date
Support Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), including root cause analysis and follow-up on effectiveness
Maintain document control for quality documentation (work instructions, procedures, manuals), including version control
Assist with Material Review Boards (MRB) for nonconforming material and support supplier quality follow-up
Compile and analyze quality metrics (DPPM, COPQ, FPY) for reporting and review
Perform incoming inspections and document/report nonconformances
Support continuous improvement efforts to strengthen QMS processes and reduce waste
Help support external audits, including registrar audits and customer assessments
Minimum Requirements
Proven auditing experience in a regulated environment (ISO 9001 preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills using structured methods (8D, DMAIC)
Ability to interpret quality data and prepare formal reports
Strong understanding of document control and international quality standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/QMS experience is a plus
Electronics manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Familiarity with material compliance certifications (REACH, RoHS, Prop65, TSCA, PFAS) is a plus but not required
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in a technical or business field preferred, or equivalent professional experience in Quality Assurance
3+ years of experience in a QA role demonstrating the competencies listed above
